Smugglers Cove - Beachy Keen TSPC915  -  14915 Pirates Cove Drive

Beachy Keen is a gorgeously furnished new townhome at Smuggler's Cove. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit is furnished with comfortable seating and is a very short walk to the beach. The open concept living area allows everyone to enjoy whatever activity the vacation may bring. The kitchen includes white granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and everything needed to cook for the whole family! The property also has a resort style pool and a playground equipped with a giant pirate ship. This brand new two bedroom / two bathroom unit can easily sleep up to 8 people in comfort! Located across the street from the Gulfstream condominiums.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
-Padre Escapes promises to launder every comforter, every sheet, every TIME!
-After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don't do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 
-A two-night minimum stay is required. 
-Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver's License or other acceptable ID.
-PET-FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO PETS. There is a $100 per pet fee for all stays 7 days or less, $200 for stays of 8-29 days and $300 for stays of 30 days or greater. In addition, there is also a pet-cleaning fee of $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days and $100 for stays of 30+ days.
